Star Power Annual Conference in Orlando
Star Power 2008
I recently returned from a great Star Power confernce. It is always enjoyable meeting so many of the top agents from around the country. The week following the show, Gwen and I recorded a follow up webinar. This call covers our Real Pro Gold solution (used by over 100 of the Star Power Stars) which includes stealth sites, showing feedback system and Blog, as well as a back office tour of our system.

Your service far exceeds others
Hi Charlee,
Real Pro Systems is wonderful. You have been the best website company to work with, by far. Your service far exceeds any others and I could not be happier. What ever you need or want let me know.

“Real Pro Systems is my most valuable lead generation tool"
“Real Pro Systems is my most valuable lead generation tool. The ‘back office’ drip campaigns never cease to amaze me. I continiously receive emails from prospects of whom I have never met that are responding back to me to give an update on their house buying/selling situation. The website templates that Real Pro provides (CMA, home buyers and main domain page) are very clean, to the point and user friendly. Month after month, my number one lead source is Real Pro Systems through the CMA campaign. I am excited about the possibilities and the future revenue from my newly purchased short sale site.
Thanks again Kristi, Charlee and the rest of the awesome RPS staff!”

Sorting Through the Maze of Online Marketing Tools Webinar
Real Pro System's General Manager, Caine O'Brien, hosted a "webinar," entitled "Sorting Through the Maze of Online Marketing Technology" for Star Power clients last Tuesday. The response was terrific. We had many requests for the "technology pyramid" so here's a link to download a copy.
"Excellent stuff! Can I get a copy of the presentation for use as an action plan?"
"Good session! Caine is a very knowledgeable and easy to listen to presenter. It is a nice little reminder for keeping us on track."
"Everyone should have been on online; what a great topic. Are you going to make this seminar available online to re-watch?"
Would you like to see the recorded webinar? Give me a call and I can send you a link. Please leave any comments, below.
Real Estate - In The News
I often find great articles or interest on the web. Usually it will be about companies that are merging with other companies, or buy-outs and possibility new cool tools and innovative ideas that pertain to the real estate industry. I decided to start posting links to them on a Blog post. I'll continue to update this post with interesting information that I come across. Please, if you learn about something interesting let me know so I can post it here as well.

Success With Real Pro Silver
I switched from my Advanced Access website to a Real Pro Silver website about 10 months ago. I was very attracted to the drip campaign it offered and have been very pleased with how much response I get from an automatic system that I only have to tend minimally. In the past 10 months I’ve signed 3 buyers that I did not have before and am in email communication with many more. This is not an overnight success system but the consistency of the drip system is very effective. I’ve been congratulated more than once for doing such a good job at staying in touch when other brokers don’t. I use other internet based systems like Realtor.com, etc. but have had the most success with my Real Pro site. Thanks for the great site and service!
Best Wishes, C. Lopez ABR, CRS

Going Green
I just love the idea of "going green." Living in the North West, we are especially environmentally conscious. I just read in the local newspaper's real estate section that there are some easy tips you can follow up make your home a little greener.
1. Use the dishwasher. It can save up to 5000 gallons of water per year. I bet if it is an energy efficient one, you can save on the electric bill too.
2. Clean the dust that piles up on the back of refrigerator coils on a regular basis.
3. Instead of using conventional household cleaners in the kitchen and bathroom, use vinegar and water. They don't contain nasty chemicals that are harmful to the environment.
4. Clean air-conditioners often. This increases efficiency, saving 350 lbs of carbon dioxide from escaping into the air per year.
5. Use candles made from soy or beeswax instead of paraffin, which emits sooty particles.
