Hi Charlee and Shelly,

I wanted to Thank the both of you and all of those who have helped me with any questions that I've had with the website. I believe it has been approximately 9 or 10 months since Real Pro started my website and I have been very happy.

I also wanted to share that I have been closely tracking all leads from the website and as of June 30, 2007, I have closed two separate transactions where both buyers were the results of Real Pro Leads. Total Commissions: over $13,000.

Stealth sites lead to success

"Speaking as a REALTOR®, I can tell you that so far this year, my personal RPS stealth sites generated about $10,000,000 in sales. Remember: this is Portland Oregon, not Berkeley, so our average price is only $240,000. 

"The secret to the whole thing is keeping our egos out of it. As agents, we always promote ourselves. We name domain names after ourselves, have 6" glossies of ourselves on our sites, etc. This does not appeal to the consumers as much as directly meeting their needs through a stealth site.  

“I am in Portland Oregon, home to 20,000 Intel engineers. Some of my clients are in the ‘social anthropology’ group, and they literally do studies on how we do things. What they have shared with me is that our main buyer group grew up trusting technology, they hate salespeople and they don't want to be ‘sold.’ One of the reasons is they can find out more on the product they are buying on the Internet than the salesperson knows, whether it be a car, a camera or a house. They tell me that those people are more attracted to a "stealth" site precisely because they don't have to talk to a salesperson in order to get information.

I want to share my experience about Real Pro Systems. We as a team have dumped tons of money into "great" marketing ideas only to be left feeling as though we should have saved some time and flushed our money down the toilet. With Real Pro Systems this is not the case though. They take care of putting everything together (with great service at that) and it is a system that covers everything!!!! For once we feel we have a system that no leads will fall through the cracks.The system is so great that we recieved 3 leads (not daffy duck, and the emails don't bounce back) within the first 12 hours!!!! Nothing we have ever done before has given us this fast response and return. Thank you RPS.

Finding a Home with Real Pro Systems

I thought the CyberStars and the Real Pro Systems folks would be amused to know that Real Pro Systems is responsible for my finding the new home I'm closing on next week.
 
How it happened: I got a request through Real Pro Systems for a market analysis. We went through all the normal processes of getting acquainted on-line. I prepared the usual marketing presentation, including a CD by Real Estate Power Tools. Met them in-person for a listing consultation. Listed the home and went forward with all the normal marketing.
 
I mentioned to my wife off and on during the first month how much I liked this home. She kept bugging me to go see it. After a month and no offers I showed it to her, and it was all over. Of course as it worked out we did the deal the night we left for three week's vacation.
 
Most expensive Christmas present I ever bought anyone! Can't believe I'm taking on a mortgage that could run until I'm 95! Well, my dad's that old, mom's not far behind, and he's still working because he loves his career as a consulting engineer, and Mom still preaches around northern Vermont as an Episcopal deacon.
 
But, anyway, thanks Real Pro Systems!!

3/24/2006...Lets start from the beginning, I have been active in real estate since 1996. I have had three other websites before I started with Real Pro Systems. Each website I have paid for they all told me I should get leads if I stay in there long enough and direct traffic towards my sites which I was doing through newspaper ads, google adds, links, flyers, voice mail messages and still not receiving what I call enough leads to pay for the advertising. Then I heard about Real Pro Systems while attending a GRI course. Of course I called Real Pro Systems to hear there story.

This is my testimonial for activating a website thru Real Pro Systems. I activated my new website thru Real Pro Systems with skepticism 11/07/2005. I listened to Garland Haas teleconferences and even listened to one that was live. Garland says with the automatic drip mail Real Pro system has that from your leads you should start seeing activity in 4 to 6 months. I said yeh have I heard this before, but he is another agent so I really listened.

From day one I started with ProLeads advertising at $250/month. I have tried the google ads myself with lots of clicks and no customers. You have the choice to do your own pro-clicks or have pro-clicks with Real Pro Systems do it for you. Since in the past I was not getting the leads I decided to let ProLeads do my set up and advertise for me within my $250 range. I started getting emails leads immediately. Almost all the leads you receive will be from buyers looking to buy. I treat all my leads as if they were already clients. In other words when they sign up for Automatic email search, I try to make sure they will receive automatic emails within there search criteria even if I have to do a second automatic search for building lots only. Most of your emails will come with first names only with their criteria and a email address. All of a sudden with the drip mail system and you sending automatic emails you are in front of that person probably twice a week. Some of the customers write back to the automatically generated emails and eventually get real comfortable with you and what you are doing for them and all of a sudden they start giving you their last names phone #'s ect.

Anyway it is now 3/24/2006, I have closed 4 transactions, I have 2 pending and numerous leads that are coming my way in the next few months. I increased my ProLeads to $350 and I can't tell you how happy I am.
